Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Centre Manager in developing work plans, assigning clear responsibilities, and supporting staff in achieving targets while improving their technical and sales capabilities.
- Analyse customer needs, set clear service goals and standards, and lead by example.
- Regularly review customer acquisition progress and monitor market competition trends, analyse situations, and formulate countermeasures.
- Implement a fair, reasonable, and effective system of rewards and penalties, while coordinating team relations and maintaining good discipline.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the centre.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance service quality and communication skills.
- Support the Centre Manager in leading the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Presentable appearance, professional demeanour, with both leadership qualities and approachability.
- Experience in beauty/wellness industry management.
- Responsible, dedicated, and committed to excellence.
- Possess relevant professional skills, with knowledge of beauty industry operations and business models.
- Prior beauty salon/spa management experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is required, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers and staff.
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of store/centre management experience with solid professional knowledge.
- Strong professional ethics, with experience in promotions and staff training.
- Team-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stress-management skills.
- Honest, responsible, empathetic, and highly effective in execution.
