As a Business Development Executive at Stoked Associates, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. This role sits within the Sales & Marketing function, focusing on driving new business while ensuring high levels of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of a sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets for local and regional markets.
  • Participate in the sales cycle, including research, lead generation, preparation of proposals, and follow-up with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to client requests, tenders, and proposals.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing support to strengthen confidence and loyalty.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and selected industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, though candidates with a diploma or equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM softwares, Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
