We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive who can take our interactions with our families to a new stage of awesome. Someone who truly understands our audience and can connect with them on a real and authentic level. As our Marketing and Sales Executive, you are the ‘voice’ on the other side acknowledging, celebrating and sharing.

Your experience doesn’t have to be formal. For example, you could be a fabulous Mum or a passionate lover of all social platforms who adores Insta and has built an awesome following with your ideas, but you’ll be able to show us your magic and demonstrate your competency in the social media and marketing space.

**Your Role**
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Co-ordinate and liaise with our external social and marketing providers.
- Curation, Coordination and Creation of targeted Posts /Stories / Reels and TikToks
- Creating fun, engaging brand building content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Daily community management of our Facebook page and Instagram, including responding to messages, inquiries, comments and re-sharing the magic moments.
- Product photography, shooting and editing videos (phone is perfectly ok)
- Reviewing analytics to create new ways of boosting social growth and engagement measure the success of social campaigns.
- Forward planning of the social media calendar, including experience in scheduling software and Facebook Business Suite
- Be on the lookout for opportunities and have the ability to react quickly to any opportunities that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies for live and in person promotions and events.
- Achieve sales target and implement leads generating event.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma and Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Management.
- A people person who loves talking to new families and working within a team.
- Confident connecting with people across social channels and face to face.
- Sales driven and want to achieve greatness in life.
- Self-motivated and independent. Make this role your own and be autonomous.
- Excellent in intercommunication and written skills.
- A person enjoy meeting people and like to take up challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
