Location: Bugis

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Support

  2. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

  3. Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, banners).
  4. Support development and localization of sales tools, product sheets, and digital assets.

  5. Manage marketing inventory and ensure timely distribution to sales teams and events.

  6. Event Coordination

  7. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events such as conferences, workshops, and webinars.

  8. Handle logistics including venue booking, registration, catering, and post-event follow-up.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.

  10. Update CRM or databases for campaign targeting and lead nurturing.

  11. Administrative and Reporting Support

  12. Assist in maintaining marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and payment processing.

  13. Prepare and consolidate reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  14. Maintain an organized database of marketing assets and records.

  15. Compliance and Regulatory Coordination

  16. Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with internal regulatory policies and external medical device regulations.

  17. Coordinate with legal/regulatory teams for timely approvals before publication or distribution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience; healthcare/medical device industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic design or digital tools knowledge is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
