We are a dynamic startup based out of Singapore. We’re building a new social content app powered by blockchain. We are looking for self-driven individuals who have a strong desire to succeed, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize team objectives around short-term goals with long-term vision in mind.
- Manage and coordinate marketing & creative teams to execute those objectives with the sense of urgency that startups need in order to thrive
- Collaborate with media organizations and digital ad agencies - the usual stuff.
- Work with Marketing Lead to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels & community teams. Constantly test, iterate and improve these strategies.
- Approve and oversee the creative development of promo materials, web content, social channels, ads, and other marketing-related projects.
- Work within marketing budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for new campaigns (launch, promo, community, etc).
- Tracks all relevant marketing data & KPIs and creates detailed written reports, spreadsheets and verbal presentations for team meetings.
- Sourcing community ambassadors in other SEA countries.

You'll need the following skills to qualify:

- At least 4 years of relevant proven track record in Marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in tech and social media.
- Strong understanding of traditional and emerging market channels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously (juggling is a must).
- Proficient with Project management Softwares (we’re presently using Asana, but flexible).
- Excellent attention to detail (seriously).
- Strong eye for design/aesthetic. Ability to confidently make design decisions.
- Reliable, driven, dynamic and with a high level of accuracy. Ownership when things don’t go according to plan.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills. Really enjoy working within a team.
- A true problem solver. Proficient in troubleshooting as well as customer service. Able to solve problems with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Budget management.

Other skills:

- General understanding of crypto marketing is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Must be proficient with spreadsheets, Google software suite.
