Bringing the concept of artisan bakes to the masses, the oven is fired only once daily and product quantities are limited to preserve the quality of each and every product. No preservatives and additives are added to our products, giving customers the peace of mind that all our products are created from scratch, using all-natural products.

Job location: 29 Binjai Park (nearest MRT, King Albert Park)

Job Description:

  • Managing daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
  • Preparing doughs, shaping and baking of products.
  • Preparing a variety of sourdough breads.
  • Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
  • Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients
  • Ordering of new supplies and ingredients
  • Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
  • Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
  • Prior knowledge in sourdough is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
  • Performance driven, instead of clock watcher
  • At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role (E.g mixing,shaping, baking) is advantageous, but not required

Work Arrangement:

  • Working hours: 7am - 3.30pm, 1 hour break
  • Working days: 5 days per week
  • Required to work on Public holidays
