Central Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**Location(s)**:Yew Tee/ Bugis/ Suntec City/ Chinatown/ Bedok/ Punggol

**Working Hours**: 7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm **(OT when required)**

**Working Days**: 6 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and other baked goods according to Company's recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment (e.g., ovens) safely and effectively.
- Monitor the baking process to ensure proper baking time and temperature.
- Ensure all baked goods meet Company's standards (e.g., appearance, texture and taste).
- Assist with simple deco/ make-up of the baked goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and communicate the needs with the Baker-in-Charge.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of experience as a Bread Baker in retail outlet environment.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift up heavy loads when required.
- Able to tolerate working in a humid environment due to the constant operation of ovens.
