Job Title: Artisan Bread Baker
About the Role:
Our bakery is seeking a skilled Artisan Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bread and pastry baking, preferably with a background in French and European artisan bread making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads according to strict recipe guidelines.
2. Conduct research and development to create new recipes and products, incorporating gourmet ingredients like cheese, ham or herbs.
3. Assist section heads in innovating new products and improving productivity.
4. Perform mixing, kneading, resting, and stretching techniques to produce high-quality bread products.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:
1-5 years of experience as a bread and pastry baker preferred.
Passionate about French and European artisan bread making.
Mature, hardworking, cordial team player with a humble personality.

Strong knowledge of sourdough-related techniques and skills.
