We are starting an exciting **bakery venture in Singapore**dedicated to crafting **wholesome, healthy breads**using high-quality, natural ingredients. Our vision is to offer breads that are not only delicious but also nourishing, focusing on sourdough, whole grains, and clean-label recipes with no additives or preservatives.

We are looking for a **skilled baker passionate about healthy bread-making**to join us as a **founding partner**in this journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the baking of healthy breads such as sourdough, wholegrain loaves, seeded breads, and other artisanal variants.
- Develop and refine recipes focused on health, flavour, and texture—using natural fermentation and nutrient-dense ingredients.
- Curate a product range that caters to health-conscious customers while offering variety and innovation.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Source fresh, sustainable, and high-quality ingredients, including exploring local suppliers and organic options.
- Collaborate with the team on brand identity, packaging ideas, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide input on pricing, cost control, and production planning.
- Engage with customers to promote healthy bread choices and share knowledge about artisanal baking processes.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Experienced baker with a strong focus on healthy, artisanal breads.
- Knowledge of natural fermentation, sourdough techniques, and wholefood baking principles.
- Passionate about clean eating, nutrition, and educating consumers about healthy bread.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and grow a business.
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflow, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a startup team.
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, or artisan bread production environment preferred.
