We're Hiring: Baker – Join B FOR BAGEL's Artisan Baking Team

B FOR BAGEL is a beloved Korean-inspired bakery brand dedicated to crafting freshly made, high-quality bagels every day. We are looking for passionate and skilled Bakers to join our team and help us bring authentic bagel experiences to our customers in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, mix, knead, proof, and bake various types of bagels according to brand recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistent quality, texture, and presentation of all baked items
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen and baking equipment
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with daily production planning
  • Follow all food safety regulations and workplace safety practices
  • Work closely with the head baker and kitchen team to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a baker or in bread/pastry production preferred
  • Passion for baking and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow established methods and techniques
  • Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
