Central Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**Location(s)**:Bugis/ Suntec/ Chinatown/ Bedok/ Punggol

**Working Hours**: 7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm **(OT when required)**

**Working Days**:6 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, proof, bake, and finish a variety of breads according to Company's recipes.
- Ensure all bread products meet quality standards in taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.
- Monitor fermentation, dough consistency, and baking times to maintain product excellence.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment (ovens) safely and efficiently.
- Keep the baking area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Work closely with other bakers and staff to ensure smooth bakery operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of experience as a Baker in bakery shops/ central kitchen/ hotel.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation and bread-making equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to work long hours and lifting up heavy loads.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on weekends & PH.
