NorthEast Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**Work location**:Island-wide

**Working hours**: 7:00am-4:00pm / 7:30am-4:30pm **(Overtime as required)**

**Working days**: 6days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake variety of breads following standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Precisely add fillings, toppings and ingredients.
- Load, operate and monitor deck or convection ovens. Must accurately judge baking times and temperatures for different products to achieve perfect color, crust and internal doneness.
- Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet taste, texture and appearance standards.
- Maintain accurate stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing shortages.
- Strictly follow food safety, sanitation and workplace hygiene regulations to maintain a clean environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Baker in a outlet / food production environment will be an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy bags of flour and dough and work in a warm / humid environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak production times.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment - works efficiently under pressure while collaborating with others.
- Willing to work 6days per week (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) and shift as early as 7:00am.
