About Us

J'aime Confections is a Singapore-grown brand dedicated to crafting premium cookies, mooncakes, and pastries that bring joy to every occasion. As we expand our central kitchen to meet growing demand across both retail and corporate clients, we are seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead and inspire our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring production efficiency and product consistency.
  • Manage and supervise bakers and assistants, providing training and mentorship.
  • Oversee preparation of cookies, mooncakes, breads, and pastries at scale.
  • Innovate and refine recipes while upholding product quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory, raw materials, and food safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to plan production schedules for festive seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival).
  • Build a strong team culture focused on discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/senior role.
  • Strong expertise in cookies and mooncakes is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.
  • Solid knowledge of bakery operations, workflow, and food safety standards.
  • Passionate about baking, innovation, and delivering high-quality products.
  • Willingness to commit to longer hours during seasonal peaks.
