❅ **Working Location**:Island-wide

❅ **Shift Schedule (Depending on Outlets' requirements)**:

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **(Overtime as needed)**

❅ 6 days work week

❅ Gross salary up to $3,200 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, proof, bake, and finish a variety of breads according to Company's recipes.
- Ensure all bread products meet quality standards in taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.
- Monitor fermentation, dough consistency, and baking times to maintain product excellence.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment **(ovens)** safely and efficiently.
- Keep the baking area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Work closely with other bakers and staff to ensure smooth bakery operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- **SINGAPOREANS ONLY**:

- Min. 2 years of experience as a Baker **(preferably in Central Kitchen/ Outlet environment)**.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation and bread-making equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to work long hours and lifting up heavy loads.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on weekends & PH.
