Description
· Request and manage quotations from suppliers.
· Coordinate transportation for container loading and unloading.
· Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
· Support the Sales Team with logistics and administrative tasks.
· Manage China-related procurement and logistics matters.
· Liaise with the Shanghai team to facilitate cross-border communication and coordination.
· Assist in invoice preparation and documentation.
· Collect and compile information related to machine parts and components.
· Maintain and update a comprehensive list of supplier contacts and information.
· Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities.
· Arrange and coordinate shipments for customer orders.
· Perform accurate and timely procurement data entry into the ERP system.
· Handle parcel deliveries, including receiving and investigating issues where necessary.
· Manage office administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, answering phone calls, drafting official documents, filing, and responding to emails.
· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Supply Chain or equivalent.
· Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
· Fast learner, responsible & well-organized with good interpersonal skills.
· Able to multitask and complete assignments given on time.
· Flexible, possess a willing-to-work mindset.
