Logistic Admin

5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location: Clementi

Basic Salary: $2600 - $3000

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage supplier quotations, purchasing activities, and procurement data entry in ERP.
  • Arrange and coordinate shipments, transportation, and container logistics.
  • Track and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage China-related procurement and liaise with the Shanghai team for cross-border coordination.
  • Support the Sales Team with logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare invoices, maintain supplier contact lists, and compile machine parts information.
  • Oversee parcel deliveries, resolve related issues, and ensure accurate records.
  • Perform general office administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with logistics (import/export) and shipment coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management.
  • Able to handle administrative tasks and data entry.
