We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Position Overview  Support financial control and compliance functions for JLL's REMS business in APAC, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and process improvements.   Key Responsibilities  Control and Compliance Implement financial controls for REMS business and communicate audit risksEnsure compliance with local and global financial regulations  Liaison between tax and finance teams for cross-border transaction queries  Drive revenue recognition standardization and contract governance including savings guarantees, cash optimization, and payment terms  Accounting and Reporting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with adherence to close calendar  Ensure accurate REMS books closure per US GAAP and local GAAP requirements  Lead Balance Sheet Review process and provide financial analysis to management  Support internal/external audit processes and maintain internal control environment  •Develop SOX compliance processes and improve financial close timing/accuracy Process Enhancement Provide training to REMS Finance community on compliance and risk management  Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for REMS compliance & control  Develop standardized reporting frameworks and resolve operational issues  Required Qualifications Education & Experience CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification  8-10 years accounting/financial reporting experience in multinational organization  Experience with Singapore regulatory environment preferred Expert knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS)  Proficiency with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred)  Advanced Excel and analytical skills  SOX compliance and internal controls experience Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities  Independent work capability with minimal supervision  Excellent communication skills (written/verbal English)  Ability to build relationships in matrix organization  Detail-oriented with strong accuracy focus  Flexible to work across time zones and occasional APAC travel  Location: On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
