Ability to assist with tasks within a project, manage time, and follow work plans. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with executive management. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. **Responsibilities**: - Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new changes to existing processes. - Provide financial records and supporting documentation to auditors, and assist with the development of process cycle memorandums and procedural walk-throughs. - Use data to insights and monitor the performance of different areas of a business. - Ownership and accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial reporting and processes related to Controllership for your area (e.g. month-end close, year end statutory financial processes, Profit and Loss and analytics, tax compliance, financial accounting). - Identify opportunities to design new or improve current methods/processes (e.g., customized process documents or deliverables, policy updates, revised guidance), to increase or produce value for users.
