**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial, regulatory and tax reporting of the group's entities across Asia Pacific, including provide leadership and direction to the team members ensuring work objectives are met; ensure a robust control environment for all financial processes to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements; work with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth year-end audit, financial statements are accurate and in accordance with local GAAP, lead the month end/year closing and reporting procedures, responsible for corporate tax submissions, forecasts and analysis; co-ordinate with external auditors and tax agents for timely submissions; communicate effectively with international teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve matters and participate in technology and process improvement initiatives etc.

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role, you should have the relevant academic qualifications with at least 20 years' experience in a similar controllership capacity with bulge bracket banks and/or established and reputable investment management corporations. You should thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and relish the opportunity to work with international teams across the globe to brainstorm ideas, trouble shoot issues and/or engage in global initiatives to achieve greater outcome for the organization. Strong communication and presentation skills are highly sought after for this role.
