Role Description:
- You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times.
- Support customer queries over phone and email, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist our Travel partners – OTA and local agents with ticket orders and month end billing
- Manage and process inquiries for private tour bookings from preschool and PA
- Willing to travel
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Experience:
Minimally 2 years' experience in customer service, call centre or tele-marketing.
Requirements:
- You should have a pleasant and friendly personality and enjoy providing good customer service
- Resourceful and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and enjoy working with different independently as well as be an actively contributing team player
- Able to work on two weekend per month when on shift duty.
Education:
Possess Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
