About the role

Join our dynamic team at JG Singapore Pte Ltd as a Call Centre Representative. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner

  • Manage the booking system promptly and accurately, ensuring all daily calls, bookings, and enquiries are handled and cleared each day.

  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product and service information

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software to log and track customer interactions
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
