Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from callers
- Attend to calls in professional manner
- Timely rectification of issues
- Ensure enquiries are attended to, according to guideline
- Log enquiries onto the system
Requirement:
- Min O Level
- 2 - 3 years of call centre services experiences preferably
- Able to adapt to fast pace environment.
- Passionate in customer service
- A positive team player with the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic.
