About the role

As the Operations Lead at Monigiri Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the company's day-to-day operations. This full-time role is based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region and is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the business and the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all operational activities
  2. Managing a team of operational staff and ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
  3. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  4. Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions
  5. Liaising with cross-functional teams to align operations with the company's strategic objectives
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
  7. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the trades and services industry
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant operational management tools and software
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to navigate change and uncertainties
