Job Opportunity: Building Services Administrative Support

Contract Duration: 3 months (Extendable)

Salary: $14.00 per hour

Location: JEM & Work From Home (WFH)


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Building Services Administrative Support Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the sustainability of the built environment and gain hands-on experience in building services and facilities management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify changes to building information and energy consumption data by contacting building owners.
  • Re-establish contact with building owners with invalid contact information.
  • Provide administrative support for various departmental tasks.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field in sustainable development.
  • Prior experience in building services or facilities management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Working Hours:

  • 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM (Mon-Thurs)
  • 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Fri)
  • 42 hours/week
