Receptionist (1-Year Contract)

Location: Quality Road (3 bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange)

Salary: Up to $3,200/month

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management

  • Oversee end-to-end visitor management, including guest lists, name displays, allergen forms, and uniform/PPE provision.
  • Arrange Wi-Fi access, prepare invitation letters/documents for overseas visitors, and handle meet-and-greet.
  • Manage meeting room set-up, internal catering, and sundries for VIP visits.

Shipment & Dispatch

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services (including samples).
  • Maintain housekeeping and parcel inventory.

Employee Support

  • Manage access cards (printing, replacement, and monthly system updates).
  • Issue lanyards and card covers.

General Administration

  • Monitor and replenish stationery supplies.
  • Distribute uniforms and safety shoes to new staff.
  • Support document preparation (printing, binding, laminating).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
