  • Answer phone calls at the front counter.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Manage and route emails accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle filing, laminating, courier coordination, and database maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at reception, resolving visitor needs calmly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, calendars, and room bookings.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Assist with tasks and duties as needed.

Requirements

    • Relevant experience as a receptionist/customer service agent
  • Basic computer skills (eg. Microsoft Excel/Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
