Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls at the front counter.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Manage and route emails accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle filing, laminating, courier coordination, and database maintenance.
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception, resolving visitor needs calmly and efficiently.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, calendars, and room bookings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
- Assist with tasks and duties as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a receptionist/customer service agent
- Basic computer skills (eg. Microsoft Excel/Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
