Digital Product Manager

Golden Myanmar AAA Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based trading company specialising in the wholesale trade of a wide range of goods. Seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead our digital transformation and oversee the development of platforms that support our trading operations between Singapore and Myanmar.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the company's digital product strategy to support business growth and efficiency.
Lead the end-to-end development of digital platforms, such as e-commerce or B2B trading systems.
Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors to deliver scalable and reliable digital solutions.
Develop product roadmaps, manage feature prioritisation, and oversee implementation and launch.
Use data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and decision-making.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
Oversee user interface and experience (UX/UI) improvements to enhance customer journeys.
Manage integration with payment gateways, logistics systems, and inventory management tools.
Drive digital automation of key business processes such as order tracking, invoicing, and supplier management.
Ensure compliance with Singapore's data protection and cybersecurity standards.
Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimisation, and prepare performance reports.
Research emerging digital technologies that could enhance trade operations or customer experience.
Manage budgets, project timelines, and external partnerships effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
Familiarity with agile product development and UX design principles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Background in wholesale trade, logistics, or cross-border commerce is an advantage.
Self-driven, strategic, and able to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
