DESIGNATION : Product Manager (Browsing & Discovery)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research, generate product requirements and determine specifications
- Be data driven and use data to decide on the best opportunities that deliver the most impactful business results.
- Use this quantitative and qualitative data to create a product roadmap and work closely with stakeholders and engineering team to deliver new products and feature enhancements.
- Translate product roadmaps into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Manage products from concept to launch delivering features iteratively to solve the business challenges.
- Work closely with designers to create simple and intuitive product experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver highest quality product requirements.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to make and execute a superior product vision, roadmap and ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 2 years of experience in Product or Design Management, with a focus on software products and technologies.
- Understanding and having experience in running A/B testing to validate hypothesis
- Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. Track record of successful product delivery from inception to launch.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills; ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends with strong technical abilities.
- Experience in analyzing data using Google Analytics, BigQuery
- Capable of understanding and executing product strategy and roadmap as a team.
- Lead product discovery with designers, engineers and business stakeholders to identify and solve for user value, usability, technical and business risks.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and drive relevant & personalized experiences to consumer
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Good to have**
- Knowledge in SQL
- Past experience in e-commerce
- Experience in using product management tool such as JIRA
- Experience with document tools such as Confluence.
