DESIGNATION : Product Manager (Digital Food Services)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Manager at NE Digital, you will help to set the strategic product vision and direction for the Digital Food Services as well as Quick Commerce verticals. You have a strong focus on project execution. You have strong product, design and technical skills to create and deliver simple and intuitive products.You possess the versatility to understand your stakeholder challenges, look past symptoms, identify the core problems and translate these into technical requirements for the engineering team. You easily adapt to working closely with a team of product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders influencing the right decision making.

You will be reporting to the Head of Product Dev.
- Conduct market research, generate product requirements and determine specifications
- Be data driven and use data to decide on the best opportunities that deliver the most impactful business results.
- Use this quantitative and qualitative data to create a product roadmap and work closely with stakeholders and engineering team to deliver new products and feature enhancements.
- Translate product roadmaps into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Manage products from concept to launch delivering features iteratively to solve the business challenges.
- Work closely with designers to create simple and intuitive product experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver highest quality product requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience in developing Internet products and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills; ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends with strong technical abilities.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in Product or Design Management, with a focus on software products and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. Track record of successful product delivery from inception to launch.
