We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager at our newly opened Spa/F&B establishment located at Outram Road in Singapore.
**Position: Restaurant Manager**

**Working Hours: Shift 1: 11 am to 9 pm / Shift 2: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (6 days per week, including weekends)**
**Location: Outram Road, Singapore**
**Salary: SGD2,000 to SGD2,800**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service
- Manage and train the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and meet financial targets
- Monitor and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, striving to provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Solid understanding of financial management and the ability to analyze financial reports
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English preferred for dealing with Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues
