BASIC FUNCTION
To assist in the smooth running and efficient service of the Restaurant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure profitability
- Set and monitors sales, growth and profitability goals for the Restaurant / Bar. Be responsible for the overall strategic planning and execution of functions and sales fulfillment. Lead and inform staff of the strategies to assure the company’s continued growth and profitability with specific emphasis on sales growth.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Develops and maintains an adequate understanding of Restaurant / Bar products. Ensure staffs are well informed of the product to meet customer needs and grow the business through daily dispositions with direct rapports with customers.
- Advises managers on escalated customer disputes
- Continues Restaurant / Bar improvement effort
Cost of quality
- To ensure efficiency and accuracy of revenue and cost measurement.
- Responsible for planning and managing Restaurant / Bar expenses, review monthly performance with management team, identifying and minimizes cost
People development
- Be responsible for the hiring, training, individual development, motivation. Provides training, coaching and/or workload adjustments as necessary. Directs team to set and monitor goals for individual and department
- To identify, develop and recommend programs, policies and procedures that supports total staff development
Market Research
- Conducts market research to gain understanding of customer trends and competitor offering.
- Works with Marketing Manager to successfully implement marketing plans based on market knowledge and sales goals.
- Recommends creative selling techniques and order fulfillment processes based on market and product knowledge.
III. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- Must be physically fit and have a high regard for personal appearance and hygiene.
- Previous experience of silver service is helpful.
- Must have a good working knowledge of English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Outgoing character and the ability to communicate with guests.
- Be open minded, Always have "Can Do Attitude" and be team oriented.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
