Spa Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist/Foot Reflexologist to join our newly opened Spa/F&B establishment located at Outram Road, Singapore. **Position: Spa Therapist/Foot Reflexologist**

**Working Hours: Shift work - Shift 1: 11 am to 9 pm, Shift 2: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm**

**Working Days: 6 days per week, including weekends**

**Location: Outram/Tiong Bahru, Singapore**

**Salary Range: SGD 2000 to SGD 2800 (depending on qualifications and experience)**

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess relevant certification and experience in spa therapy or foot reflexology
- Proficiency in performing a variety of spa treatments or foot reflexology techniques
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English for effective interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform spa therapy treatments or foot reflexology sessions according to the highest standards
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or therapies
- Ensure clients' comfort and safety throughout their spa experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with the reception team to manage appointments and bookings
- Stay updated on industry trends and new treatments to enhance skills and knowledge
