About the Role

MRETTY CUSTOM FURNITURE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team based in Bendemeer, Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
  • Providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring profitability
  • Maintaining detailed records and accurately reporting on sales activity
  • Collaborating with the broader team to support marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret client needs and develop customized solutions
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a passion for driving business growth
  • Familiarity with the City Hall Central District market and existing relationships with high-end interior design firms will be a strong advantag
