Position Type
  • Full-time / Part-time

  • Candidates with sales or education experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
  • Introduce courses to parents and schedule trial classes
  • Follow up with enquiries and handle enrolment conversion
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals

Requirements
  • Clear communication and basic sales skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred

Compensation

Full-Time

  • Basic salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,500 / month
  • Tiered commission based on monthly sales performance
  • Additional performance bonus for achieving targets
  • High performers can earn SGD 4,000 – 6,000+ / month

Part-Time

  • No basic salary
  • Commission based on successful enrolments
  • Flexible working hours; remote or on-site outreach allowed
