About the role

This is a full-time Operations Executive position based in Raffles Place, Singapore. As part of the Sales Operations team at Taiko Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations and facilitating the smooth delivery of sales activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and follow through entire sales process including managing customer enquiries, sending quotation, order processing, delivery arrangement and invoicing.
  2. Follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotation submitted and achieving sales target.
  3. Manage relationship with new and existing customers. Liaise with customers to address any issues or concerns.
  4. Handle and prepare full sets of shipping documentation (delivery order, packing list, invoice, etc.)
  5. Coordinate with relevant parties on shipping arrangement. Must be familiar with shipping Incoterms.
  6. Monitor customers' payment schedules and chase for outstanding invoices.
  7. Assist if preparing various sales reports, attend exhibition and other sales related activities as assigned.
  8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall success of the business.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5-6 years of experience in a sales or operations support role, preferably in the Sales industry.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. If you know Japanese, it would be an added advantage.
  3. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
