We are seeking a hands-on and creative Marketing Executive to join Innisfree's Brand Marketing team. This role will focus on social media management, content creation, and digital engagement, while also supporting events, activations, and campaign execution. You will play an important role in delivering consumer engagement both online and offline, ensuring our brand presence is consistent, impactful, and well-executed.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage the daily social media calendar, ensuring timely content posting and alignment with HQ direction.
  • Work with external agencies on campaign-based projects (hero launches, key activations), while independently handling always-on content.
  • Support localized content development – writing captions, adapting visuals, creating festive/tactical posts to connect with local audiences.
  • Manage community engagement – responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in line with brand voice.
  • Track and analyse digital performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.

2. Events, Retail Activations & Influencer Support

  • Assist in planning and executing brand events, mall activations, and retail promotions to drive visibility and consumer interaction.
  • Handle event logistics (setup, sampling, vendor coordination, materials preparation) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support Public Relations and influencer marketing in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Executive – including product seeding, influencer kits, and content tracking.
  • Provide post-event/campaign reports with learnings and recommendations.

3. Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Prepare marketing reports (campaign results, social media analytics, competitor scans, pricing reviews).
  • Maintain product inventory lists for marketing use, coordinating deliveries for events, influencers, and retail activations.
  • Process invoices, A&P budget trackers, and internal approval documents to ensure compliance and accurate financial tracking.
  • Support the team with presentation decks, proofreading, and copywriting for campaign and sales materials.
  • Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail preferred.
  • Practical experience in social media management and digital campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good attention to detail.
