About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MarTech Product Owner with a strong background in project or program management within digital marketing or MarTech consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with global clients and leading complex marketing technology implementations across platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and drive effective ABM and B2B marketing strategies that enhance customer journeys and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary product owner for MarTech initiatives, translating marketing strategy into platform-driven execution.
  • Manage end-to-end MarTech projects using agile methodologies and tools such as Asana, Salesloft, and VectorX.
  • Collaborate with global clients including Google Cloud, HP, Microsoft, Standard Chartered, and others to deliver customized marketing solutions.
  • Drive ABM and B2B marketing programs, ensuring alignment with customer journey frameworks and campaign KPIs.
  • Partner with internal marketing, analytics, and tech teams to implement, optimize, and scale solutions across platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications across regional and global teams, balancing business goals with technical feasibility.
  • Maintain a high standard of organization, documentation, and delivery to ensure on-time, in-scope project execution.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, MarTech project management, or marketing consulting.
  • Proven experience with MarTech platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B marketing, and customer journey mapping/design.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Asana, Salesloft, VectorX.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, timelines, and multitasking capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or Pega Decisioning.
  • Experience working in marketing consultancy, digital agency, or SaaS environments.
  • Multilingual skills (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay) are a strong plus.
