Human Resource Business Partner / Recruiter

Salary: Up to $6,500/month

Contract: 11 months

Location: Pasir Panjang

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with line managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding to deliver a positive new hire experience.
  • Analyse recruitment data to generate market insights for HRBPs and line managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience; prior in-house or public sector experience is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
