Job Title: Reservation Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing Department

Reports To: HOD

Job Summary: The Reservation Executive is a key customer-facing role responsible for managing and processing all incoming reservation inquiries and bookings across various channels. This role ensures accurate booking details, provides comprehensive information on services and availability, and delivers exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reservation Management - Manage incoming reservation inquiries through various channels, provide detailed information on rooms and policies, and assist guests with bookings based on their preferences.

  • Booking Processing & Accuracy - Ensure accurate guest information, preferences, and payment details in the PMS, and send confirmations, itineraries, and pre-arrival information.
  • Customer Service & Support - Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests while building report to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling - Identify opportunities to upsell rooms and cross-sell services to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Communication & Coordination - Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales to manage room assignments, special requests, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Reporting & Record Keeping - Maintain accurate booking records and customer data and generate reservation reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.

· Experience: Proven experience of 2+ years in a reservation, customer service, or front office role, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or serviced apartment industry.

· Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

· Salary Range: S$2,500−S3,000 per month (negotiable)
