Guest Reception & Seating

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements according to reservations and walk-ins.
  • Maintain an accurate waitlist and manage guest flow during peak hours.
  • Ensure VIPs, regulars, and special requests are handled with priority and discretion.

Guest Relations

  • Build strong rapport with guests to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Record and update guest preferences in the system (e.g., seating, dietary restrictions, celebration notes).
  • Engage with guests before, during, and after service to ensure an exceptional experience.

Reservations & Communication

  • Manage reservations through phone, email, and reservation platforms.
  • Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow based on bookings.
  • Support marketing and events team with guest lists, special functions, and private dining arrangements.

Operational Support

  • Assist the Outlet Manager with guest feedback collection and service reports.
  • Monitor lounge/restaurant ambiance to ensure it meets brand standards (lighting, music, cleanliness).
  • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and floor staff to ensure smooth service transitions.

Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a host/guest relations role within hospitality, restaurants, or lounges.
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and confident personality.
  • Excellent grooming and interpersonal skills to represent the brand image.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, Chope, OpenTable) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Start Date: February 2026
