Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth daily operations of the attractions and ensure that they are maintained in their best condition.
  • Maintain a consistent high level of operational and service standards across the attractions.
  • Working together with fellow Attractions Host to deliver operational and service excellence.
  • Maintain and ensure safety standards of the attractions in accordance with government regulations, e.g. BCA.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Safe Management Measures at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE "N" Level certificate.
  • Preferably with experience in Tourism/Hospitality Industry and/or Customer Service related.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for a supervisory position.
