About the Role

We are seeking a driven and people-oriented recruiters to join our team. This role is critical in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding talents to fuel the growth of our organization. The Recruiters will work closely with management to identify talent needs, build pipelines of qualified candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet ongoing hiring needs for financial advisors.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability.

Recruitment Strategy & Branding

Collaborate with management to define hiring goals, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.

Represent the company's brand and value proposition to potential candidates.

Organize and host recruitment events, career talks, and networking sessions.

Interviewing & Selection

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to negotiating offers.

Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Onboarding & Retention

Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.

Requirements

GCE A Levels/ Diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in financial services, insurance, or sales-focused industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media recruiting.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving targets.
