We are seeking a well-groomed, presentable, and guest-focused Bar Hostess to be the welcoming face of our beach club. You will ensure guests are greeted warmly and their experience begins with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting & Welcoming Guests

  • Warmly welcome guests as they arrive.
  • Assist with special requests or accommodations.

Managing Reservations & Waitlist

  • Handle reservations via phone, online, or walk-ins.
  • Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times.

Guest & Staff Communication

  • Share information on specials, events, and club policies.
  • Communicate guest preferences or requirements to service staff.
  • Work with servers and kitchen team to optimize seating flow.

Guest Service Assistance

  • Present menus and explain seating arrangements.
  • Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate when needed.

Requirements:

  • Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in guest interactions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a lively, fast-paced beach club setting.
  • Prior hospitality or club experience preferred.
