Concierge/Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced concierge/receptionist to work with our dynamic team in Singapore, efficiently managing visitors, calls, and tasks.

Job Scope:

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality

  • Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide assistance as needed

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Working Hours:

  • 6 days a week, 12-hour shift

Requirements:

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic administrative skills

  • Willingness to undergo required vaccinations

-Able to speak English and Mandarin to liase with customers
