Service engineer - Automated equipment solution industry - Kaki Bukit - Ups $4500 - Class 3 required

Service engineer/ technician- Food processing machine industry - Joo Koon - Ups $3000 - Class 3 required

Application engineer -Fire protection industry - Joo Koon - Ups $4000 - no class 3 required, but travelling oversea required

Responsibilities:

Service engineer

  • Possess solid technical understanding of relevant equipment and systems.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and independently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
  • Manage service tasks and project deliverables to meet required deadlines.

Application Engineer

  • Handle technical specifications and prepare proposal documents to support sales activities.
  • Coordinate with factories and internal teams for drawings, designs, and technical clarifications.
  • Attend client meetings and deliver technical presentations for project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and attending on-site issues when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in any engineering or related field
  • Experience in servicing and maintenance of equipment preferred (Internship is acceptable)
  • No prior working experience is required
