About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Application Engineer to join our growing team at EINST Technology Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region. As a Sales and Application Engineer, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and expanding our market reach within the sales industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, assisting them in understanding our products and services
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay up-to-date on the latest product features and capabilities
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the company's growth

What we're looking for

  • Strong technical background and understanding of sales processes and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide tailored solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Min Diploma in Engineering, Sciences, Bio-photonics or a related field
