My client, a financial services provider (NBFI), is currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Singapore office
(in the East).
Your new role
Your new role encompasses client acquisition, client account management, and oversight of ancillary sales-related matters, with a particular focus on
property-backed loans and SME financing
.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that the sales function operates effectively and in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prospect and acquire new corporate clients as well as individual accounts
Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis, evaluating clients' creditworthiness and preparing comprehensive proposals for loan applications
Proactively monitor, identify and address potential credit risks or delinquencies, and providing appropriate and effective solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements at all times
What you'll need to succeed
At least 2 years of experience in commercial loans and credit proposals or related field
Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
Prepared to travel to the
East
as the office is based thereExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Experience in the field is preferred but candidates with passion and drive are welcome to apply
