A dynamic and well-capitalized financial institution with deep roots across Asia is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join its growing Wealth Management division. The firm is led by seasoned private banking professionals and offers a boutique environment with institutional-level support.

This boutique set up features a client-centric advisory model with open architecture. The coverage includes HNW and UHNW individuals across Asia and features offering across five integrated business lines:

* Asset Management

* Banking

* Securities

* Life Insurance

* Global Markets / Investment Banking

My client offers 70% of the capabilities offered by leading global private banks and are looking for seasoned private bankers to build-out in Discretionary Portfolio Management, Alternatives, and Structured Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Deliver tailored wealth solutions, including investments, insurance, and lending
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialists and product teams to meet client needs
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory and internal risk guidelines
  • Contribute to the continued growth of a boutique yet ambitious wealth platform

Key Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in private banking or external asset management
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Strong product knowledge across traditional and alternative investments
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively in a boutique setup
