Your new role

  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve AUM growth targets. Develop and implement marketing outreach plans, including trainings, webinars, and targeted campaigns to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective distributors.
  • Understand investment objectives and goals of the target audience to provide investment advisory services and recommend suitable fund offerings and investment solutions
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and untapped opportunities in public, private, and alternative markets
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and AUM growth metrics to stakeholders on business development performance.
  • Responsible for all company communication channels to provide distribution support and hold standards and quality of client support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of business development or sales experience within a CMS-licensed fund management firm, financial advisory firm, banking, or asset management environment
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, investment strategies, and MAS regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and AUM growth targets

What you'll get in return

  • $10,000 - $13,000 per month base salary
