Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, leave matters, work pass matters, HR policies, payroll, office/ crew/ vessel insurance and etc.
  • Maintain, organize, and update employee personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local labor regulations and company policy.
  • Handle payroll processing and employee tax matters for office and crew
  • Handle work pass applications and issuance matters relating to foreign employees
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims, e.g. NS reservist claims
  • Handle all correspondences relating to HR matters
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Self-motivated and outgoing team player with lots of initiative;
  • Strong interpersonal, meticulous and good problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English
